Position Title: Field Sales Officer
Function: Sales & Business Development
Industry: Bags / Luggage / Accessories
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Work Mode: Field / On-ground
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Mandatory – Bag Sales)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive primary and secondary sales within the assigned territory
- Develop and manage distributor, dealer, and retailer networks
- Execute market visits to ensure product visibility and availability
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with business objectives
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate commercial terms with channel partners
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies
- Prepare daily activity reports (DAR), sales forecasts, and market feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams to support promotions and new product launches
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience specifically in bag / luggage / accessories sales
- Graduate (preferred) or equivalent practical sales exposure
- Strong understanding of retail and distribution sales models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with high ownership and target orientation
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
