Field Sales Officer – Bag Sales

Position Title: Field Sales Officer
Function: Sales & Business Development
Industry: Bags / Luggage / Accessories
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Work Mode: Field / On-ground
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Mandatory – Bag Sales)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive primary and secondary sales within the assigned territory
  • Develop and manage distributor, dealer, and retailer networks
  • Execute market visits to ensure product visibility and availability
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct product presentations and negotiate commercial terms with channel partners
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies
  • Prepare daily activity reports (DAR), sales forecasts, and market feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support promotions and new product launches

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience specifically in bag / luggage / accessories sales
  • Graduate (preferred) or equivalent practical sales exposure
  • Strong understanding of retail and distribution sales models
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven with high ownership and target orientation
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
